Service Description

We are all continuously learning...learning how to fine tune our professions, our emotions, our language, and our connections with those around us to improve the current or future situation. Children need our help to improve situations that cause stress and an increased risk for trauma. This informational session is geared for a larger group (10+), including organizational leaders, and perfect for organizations or complete departments seeking to improve services for children and families. The session will provide a brief glimpse of how child life services can reduce stress and promote healthy coping with healthcare, illness and life challenges. The first 45 minutes will cover a very brief overview and the last 15 minutes will open up for questions and discussion to dive a little deeper with information relevant to your setting. To book this session, you will be required to complete a contact form to support my preparation process.
